DRYER RONGS – DRUM - BURNER

When the asphalt plant dryer is out adjusted in the right way, the ring and rollers are deformed. The inner flights, on the other hand, wear out over time as they are exposed to surface contact with the aggregate.
COLD FEED HOOPERS

Cold bins is the unit which fed with aggregates in asphalt production. The hopper vibromotor facilitates the flow of fine-grained aggregate to the feeding conveyor
BELT CONVEYOR

Dosing conveyor, collecting conveyor and dryer inlet conveyor are deformed with the production process due to aggregate flow. Periodic maintenance and replacement is required. We are replacing conveyor belts, rollers and gears.

This additive system is used in stone mastic asphalt and colored asphalt production. The granule additive ratio used in stone mastic manufacture is 3-7/1000. In general, 3-4/1000 is used.
